Welcome to BuySellCy. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our marketplace platform and services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this platform. The materials contained in this platform are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

Account Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for all activities under your account

Account Security

• Use strong passwords and keep them secure
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts

You agree to:

• Use the platform only for lawful purposes
• Respect other users' rights and privacy
• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Not engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Not violate any applicable laws or regulations

Prohibited Activities:

• Posting illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Harassing or threatening other users
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access
• Interfering with platform functionality
• Selling counterfeit or stolen items

Marketplace Rules

BuySellCy is a classifieds and advertising platform. We provide tools for users to publish listings and communicate.

Important: BuySellCy is not a party to any buyer–seller transaction and does not handle shipping, delivery, escrow, or buyer-to-seller payments. Any payment and delivery arrangements are made directly between users outside the platform.

Sellers are responsible for accurate listings and legal compliance. Buyers must do their own due diligence before purchasing and should report suspicious activity.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Data Collection:

• We collect information you provide directly to us
• We may collect usage data and analytics
• We use cookies and similar technologies
• We implement security measures to protect your data

Data Sharing:

• We do not sell your personal information
• We may share data with service providers
• We may disclose data if required by law
• You control your privacy settings

Fees & Payments

Basic listings may be free. We charge only for premium digital services on BuySellCy, including subscription plans and one-off promotional upgrades for listings (e.g., Featured Ad, Highlight Ad, Top of Search/Bump).

Card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card details on our servers.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access remains active until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds are issued for duplicate charges or if a paid digital service was not delivered due to a technical issue. Digital services already delivered/consumed are generally non-refundable, except in cases of technical failure or duplicate charges.

Service Availability:

• We strive for 24/7 availability but cannot guarantee it
• We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects service
• We are not responsible for third-party service interruptions

User Transactions:

• We facilitate transactions but are not a party to them
• We do not guarantee the quality or authenticity of items
• Users are responsible for their own transactions
• We provide dispute resolution but cannot guarantee outcomes

Limitation of Liability:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our platform.

Changes to Terms:

• We may update these terms from time to time
• We will notify users of significant changes
• Continued use constitutes acceptance of new terms
• You can review current terms at any time

Account Termination:

• You may close your account at any time
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations
• Termination does not affect completed transactions
• Some terms survive account termination
